This bundle allows you to roast your chicken to perfection and add the glaze at the end for a beautifully glossy, flavour-packed finish.
Each bundle includes a large 1.8–2kg organic whole chicken, reared to the highest welfare standards, alongside a 200ml pouch of our homemade cherry balsamic & garlic glaze, crafted to complement the natural sweetness and tenderness of the chicken.

Free-range, pasture-raised, and organically reared for superior flavour and succulence. -
200ml Homemade Cherry Balsamic & Garlic Glaze
A rich, tangy-sweet glaze combining organic cherry balsamic vinegar and roasted garlic for a glossy, aromatic finish.
How to Cook

Prepare the chicken
Remove the chicken from the fridge 1 hour before cooking. Preheat the oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / Gas Mark 6. -
Season & roast
Pat dry, season the chicken inside and out with sea salt and black pepper. Roast breast-side up for 20 minutes to seal. -
Lower & slow roast
Reduce oven to 180°C / 160°C fan / Gas Mark 4 and cook for approximately 45 minutes per kg, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C in the thickest part of the thigh. -
Add the glaze

For a caramelised finish: Brush the cherry balsamic & garlic glaze over the chicken during the final 15 minutes of roasting.

For a purer glaze flavour: Roast plain and serve the warm glaze alongside or spoon over the carved chicken just before serving.

Rest & serve
Rest the chicken for 15–20 minutes loosely covered with foil, then carve and serve with your favourite sides.
