Rub the salt and cayenne pepper onto the chicken breasts
Heat the oil in an ovenproof pan and brown the chicken breasts each side, remove from the pan and place on a plate
Cook the onions and pepper in the pan on a medium heat for around 5 minutes until softened
Add the bone broth, bulgar and chickpeas, mix well and bring to a simmer
Place the chicken breasts on top of the bulgar and chickpeas, skin side up and cook in the oven until the chicken is cooked through and skin crispy (around 20-25 minutes)
Stir through the chopped herbs and lemon juice and serve immediately
